Ashish Bhalla
Founder – CEO

A visionary leader, Ashish has almost 30 years of industry experience in a wide range of business solutions primarily focusing on end-to-end customer experience management. He holds a postgraduate degree in Masters of Business Administration. His expertise and experience on customer experience management solutions includes customer communication management, business intelligence and analytics, customer relationship management, digital marketing, sales and marketing automation, portals & websites. Based in Singapore for the last two decades, he has held various regional and global positions and has served many large global, regional and local clients across domains. Ashish is the founder and CEO of Digital Business People (DBP).

Rishabh Mehrotra
Co-founder – COO

A serial entrepreneur and a start-up growth consultant, Rishabh has been a building and incubating brands and businesses for over 20 years. A PGDBM from CRKIMR Mumbai and an IIM Calcutta alumni. In his previous roles before DBP, with ACL mobile he Incubated and built Frenzo – mobile social network community – of loyal returning active users across India & Middle East through user evangelist initiatives. The service generated — Over 4.5 billion page views per annum and raised USD 12 million in 2007 for the company. He helped build the company as head of strategy during the early five years. ACL got acquired for INR535 Crores by Sinch AB (publ), a global leader in cloud communications for mobile customer engagement in 2020. He also conceptualised and built and He was part of the strategic planning teams at NetAcross, Contract Advertising and SSC&B Lintas in some of his previous jobs. Rishabh is also on the advisory board of Chrome Data Analytics and Media. A leading software services and analytics company. He also continues to mentor and consult few other start-up businesses.

Mraganka Deshwal
Co-founder & Lead Quadient Inspire Architect

Mraganka is one of the co-founders of the company and has been instrumental in building the Customer Communication Management Vertical since the inception of the company. She is also the lead “Quadient Inspire Architect” and leads the training and certification for the same as well. With her over 6 years of experience in automation and document composition for multichannel communications, she has served several global BFSI brands. She has collaborated closely with clients and project delivery team on solution design, development, integration and deployment, focusing on the end to end delivery of the communication life cycle from idea, solution design, build, test and implementation. She has an incredible ability to not only lead the team from the front but also to inspire and motivate them to exceed client’s expectations and excel on the project. She has been instrumental in ensuring client deadlines are met and exceeded across project implementations. Mraganka holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree.

Anuj Srivastava

Anuj is the Co-founder & CEO of Formerly in Silicon Valley, Anuj worked as the Global Head of Product Marketing for the eCommerce team at Google. A true citizen of the world, Anuj went to school at IIT Kanpur, received his MBA from the London Business School, and has lived in India, San Francisco, London, New York, and Singapore.

Ravi Manchanda

Ravi has over 28 years of experience in banking and finance serving and has headed various multinational financial organizations. Ravi is a Chartered Accountant of Scotland and Singapore. In addition to being a part of the advisory board of DBP, he is Co-Head of Principal Investments Asia, Pepper Group, an NBFI in Lending and Servicing of Consumer Finance Loans, Asia Advisor to People Shores Inc – a rural BPO employing rural youth into the knowledge economy through sustainable impact sourcing and Advisor to genomics based Imagene Labs Pte. Ltd. He is also a member of the Corporate Governance committee for the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and audit committee member of Securities Investors Association of Singapore and was conferred a Datoship in Malaysia for services rendered to the State of Terengganu and Pahang.

Pranav Kumar

Pranav Kumar has worked in business advisory and intelligence industry in Asia-Pacific for 29 years. He currently works with IMA Asia, a leading peer group for Asia-Pacific CEOs and other leaders, as Forum Chair for Singapore. He joined IMA Asia from Gartner, the largest technology research and advisory company. He led research for Research Board, Gartner’s service for the technology leaders of the largest and most complex companies in Asia-Pacific and was responsible for global research agenda management. In an earlier stint with Gartner, he built the foundations of software research in Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Gartner Research Board, Pranav worked for IMA India where he set up and ran, a successful peer group for CIOs in India for nearly a decade. He also edited India’s first and leading magazine for CFOs during this period. Pranav has also worked with Intel, The Hindu Business Line (a leading business newspaper), IMRB (a market research agency) and eGurocool (a pioneer in eLearning). Pranav holds degrees in Economics and Engineering from BITS, Pilani, one of India’s top universities, in addition to an MBA in marketing.

Piyush Rakhecha

Piyush has over 28 years of experience in creating business solutions for multiple domains using technology. He has held various positions at TCS, Xansa / Steria working across the globe, supporting Fortune 500 companies implementing solutions to business challenges. His key strengths include Consulting, Solution Design, Architecture & Development and product implementations. As a member of the advisory Board, Piyush brings a lot of domain knowledge, technical experience and expertise to DBP.

Prof. P. B. Singh

In addition to being a part of the advisory board of DBP, Prof. P. B. Singh is Head and Dean at the Department of Business Administration, MJP Rohilkhand University, India. With almost 3 decades of teaching and research experience, he has published 73 papers in various national and international Journals. Prof. Singh also established the MBA program under the scheme of the Ministry of Education, Ethiopia funded by the World Bank.
