Design and development of a web browser based offline demo for one of its sales products called “CASH”
A Multinational European Bank Headquartered in United Kingdom with its regional headquarter in Singapore. The bank offers international banking services, working across some of the world’s most dynamic markets including Asia, Africa and the Middle East. The bank is the one of the oldest in continuous operation in Singapore. The bank is a Qualified Full Bank (QFB), being one of the first foreign bank to qualify for the licence. The bank incorporated in Singapore to handle Consumer Banking retail and SME banking business. It currently operates a network of 19 branches, 7 Priority Banking centres island-wide.
Create a multilingual web browser-based product demo tool for one of its product call “Cash” to support the sales team.
A demo tool was created on WordPress for the bank’s sales team to assist them in promoting and selling the bank’s various product(s) across the Asian region. The demo was designed and developed fully in a cost-effective offshore delivery model.
The demo was further developed in such a manner that it was also made available for the bank’s sales teams in a full offline availability, i.e. access to the demo tool from mobile devices even in the absence of internet connectivity.
A functionality to sync data was provided for the demo tool whenever the device reached internet connectivity zones for auto-sync.
The project was successfully delivered without even a single escalation within 7 months. The 19 customer journeys were covered with over 100 offline forms with medium to high complexity for the product “CASH”
